Sandboarding on Erg Chebbi

About this experience

A light-hearted afternoon on the tallest dunes of Morocco. Your guide drives you to the foot of Erg Chebbi where you wax up a sandboard and climb the ridge above the Merzouga village. The downhill run is fast and forgiving — sand is soft, crashes are gentle, and beginners are carving in two tries. We finish the session at the top of the dune with the sunset turning the sand pink, then return for mint tea.
